At a young age, I enjoyed being active and pushing my body to new levels of performance. Even before I received any formal education in exercise science and the human body, I was always looking for ways to measure my ability to do physical work and how I can improve on those tasks. Over time as my education and experience grew, I kept finding more and more ways to both measure performance and improve upon it.
The basis of my training programs is teaching clients about how their body works and how to improve its functioning. By keeping things simple and teaching clients how to apply sustainable healthy practices to their daily life, I can help them achieve a lifetime of fitness in both body and mind.

Personal training
​Each 50 minute 1-on-1 in-person session is created with your individual goals in mind. You'll learn crucial components to fitness to make your goals and lifestyle sustainable.
Online Coaching / Programming
​For those who need an organized plan and accountability, but prefer to workout in their own space, online coaching and programming is available. You'll receive weekly online programming tailored to your goals and available fitness equipment. Online weekly check-ins, video movement assessment, and consistent program adjustment based off your feedback are some of the essential components to this training option.

Couples
Sometimes it helps having a partner, or two, join in the workout. Sessions are 50 minutes and can involve 2 or 3 people who are working towards similar goals and have a similar fitness level.
Workshops
​Learn to fall in love with exercise! These in-person and online workshops are fully interactive learning experiences. Come for an in depth understanding of how to create your own programming and understand the basics of exercise science. Single and multiple day workshops will be scheduled based on the topics covered.
